The Tenants Council, which was established in June 1996, is the borough-wide consultative body on issues concerning all council tenants.
Tenants Council consists of 32 elected delegates from the five Area Housing Forums and three delegates elected from tenant management organisation board members at the TMO Liaison Committee.

Arm’s-length management organisation Lambeth Living will have to axe 130 staff over the next 18 months to help plug a £8.4 million hole in its parent authority’s housing budget.
